Letter written by Henry Northup in Washington to John W. Warden, an attorney in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, regarding bounty land speculation. He writes of Warden's sale of land in Knox County for Northup's son, a list of lands in Delaware County, and interpretation of the Ohio Supreme Court's decisions affecting the provision of "21 years peacable possession and the right of bringing writs of ejectment."
